Teachers & Leaders
Having serving as a teacher and an instructional leader who coached teachers for many years, I deeply understand the daily challenges and barriers practitioners face in their work. I am interested in supporting the improvement of school and development systems to build teacher and leader capacity to enact excellence and equity. To pursue such goals, targeting psychological constructs like self-efficacy, dispositions, and beliefs are paramount to garner buy-in for instructional improvement. Thus, I focus on such constructs in my work and consider how policy and leadership can address them, as well.
